How to do - STEP BY STEP:
1) Click to open the size-calculator (up to size 40), print
2) Place the childs foot on the size-calculator with the heel back to the line
3) Read size in front of the longest toe - addition to grow etc. is included
4) Draw a line in front of the longest toe and behind the heel
5) Remove foot and meassure distance between the lines
6) Order the calculated size and inform length of foot on the order
If you state the meassurement on the order, we will check the ordered model before shipment. It is that easy!

Children shoes should be 15 mm longer than the foot. 7 mm to grow in, 5 mm to move around in and 3 mm because the front of the shoe is rounded. Shoes can be too small within 3 months of the purchase, because the growth can happen in steps. Therefore you should check the feet and shoes often - especially with children.
If you can't print the size-calculator:
You can easily meassure the foot even though you can't print the size calculator. Place the child with the heel up to the wall. Place a book in front of the longest toe. Remove the book and meassure the distance. Make sure to inform the exact meassurement when ordering, and we will send the right size.
In the table below you can also see what size the meassurement should fit - please note that these sizes are average. Some models might have different fitting. Check the table and please note we have included the extra 1,5 cm for growth etc.
Growth information
The foot of a child grows app.:
0 - 2 years, 2 cm a year
2 - 6 years , 1½ cm a year
6 - 11 years, 1 cm a year

When you receive the shoes
When you receive the shoes we have added app. 1½ cm to the meassurement you informed.
When you try on the shoes, have special attention to the following:
1) The shoes should fit tightly around the heel and be difficult to pull of when closed,
2) On the front of the foot, the leather/textile should lay nicely around the foot.
3) At last take a look at how your child walks in the shoes.
If these things are in order - the shoes should be nice and comfortable for your child.
If the shoes doesn't fit after all
Should you unexpectably get a wrong size - we will happily exchange them (see terms for more information)
