Delivery
Goods will be send in 1-5 working days if nothing else is mentioned in the description of the article. Shipping costs are app. 27 € - way of delivery will be agreed individually and depends on country.
Normally the delivery will be in the country of the customer within 5-7 days after shipping.
Goods are send taxfree to other countries than EU (incl. Norway, Greenland and Faroe Islands). Tax-free delivery is depending on delivery country.
On delivery you most pay local taxes and VAT.
Prices and payment
In this shop you can order and pay online. Payment can be made trough bank transfer or with international creditcards like Mastercard, JCB, Visa og VisaElectron.
On creditcards there are fees - these are mentioned on the ordersheet when you choose way of payment.
Attention: using banktransfer you most calculate app. 2 days extra before payment is made to our account.
All prices are incl. Danish tax - you can se the prices excl. taxes when you login.
The amount is charged from your card when goods are shipped.
At NETSKO.DK we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is a garantee for your creditcard payments. You are secured from creditcard abuse.
Right to return
At NETSKO.DK you always have the right to regret your purchase up to 14 days after you have received the delivery. You have the duty to return goods in same condition and packing as you received them.
You most pay the costs connected to returning the goods - and it is your duty to make sure the goods are securely packed. Goods are returned with copy of invoice and the return-note you can download here.
Goods returned from outside EU:
Administration fee: 100DK/13,5 € due to local tax-reasons

Complaints
Fortunately it rarely happens, but should an article be send with faults or defects you should inform NETSKO.DK as soon as you notice the defect.
